InTray™ Colorex™ ECC

The InTray™ Colorex™ ECC enables simultaneous detection, chromogenic differentiation, and enumeration of E. coli and other coliforms in food or water samples. Water contamination due to fecal coliform consists mainly of E. coli and thermotolerant Klebsiella. The fully enclosed InTray™ system enhances safety by preventing contamination and reduces exposure to collected samples.

InTray™ Colorex™ Listeria

InTray™ Colorex™ Listeria and InTray™ Colorex™ Identification Listeria (traditionally used in tandem) isolate, chromogenically differentiate, and confirm the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The InTray™ Colorex™ Listeria provides initial differentiation and presumptive identification of Listeria species while the InTray™ Colorex™ Identification Listeria provides confirmation of suspect L. monocytogenes colonies plated from the InTray™ Colorex™ Listeria. Together, they make preliminary detection and confirmation easy by producing distinct chromogenic differences between growing organisms within as little as 18-24 hours. Both devices inhibit the growth of mold, fungi, and other bacteria, including E. coli and E. faecalis.

InTray™ Colorex™ O157 is designed for simultaneous growth, observation, and chromogenic differentiation of E. coli O157 from clinical or food specimens. This device makes preliminary detection easy by producing distinctive color differences between the growth of E. coli and E. coli O157 as well as other organisms within as little as 18-24 hours. The InTray™ Colorex™ O157 inhibits the growth of mold, fungi, and other bacteria.

InTray™ Mueller Hinton Chocolate Agar

The InTray™ Mueller Hinton Chocolate Agar allows for the growth and isolation of fastidious organisms. Often used in qualitative procedures for the growth of fastidious organisms, Haemophilus species in particular, Mueller Hinton Chocolate Agar is also recommended by the Clinical and Laboaratory Standards Institute (CLSI) in performing antimicrobial susceptibility tests of bacteria isolated from animal specimens.
